Fractal Bits, developed by Alexander Zolotov, is a drum synth that boasts of over four billion unique sounds created by fractal algorithms. This app offers a set of 12 drums that corresponds to a code of 8 characters, which can be saved, copied, and pasted as plain text.
The app comes with a search feature that allows users to look for new sounds with three buttons: next random set, edit code, and previous set. Fractal Bits offers three types of keyboards for live drumming: on-screen buttons, PC keyboard, and USB MIDI input (Android 6+).
